| Founded in 1993,with the development of company scale,Yantai Lihua Knitting Co.,Ltd. covers an area of 10800 square meters among which built space is 6000 m2.Company has one printing and two ready-made clothes workshops, one cutting and two packing rooms. In a meantime,total employees are 230.
Printing workshop:Covering an area of 1600 m2,there is platform 240m2,oblique platform 120m2 as well.With employees of 40,company has owned super-heater, types pattern of large batch and cutting pieces.
Ready-made clothes workshop I: Covering an area of 860 m2, there are 70 employees. It owns sorts of knitting equipments over 60 sets,such as 4 Yamato sewing machines VF2403-140M ,2 Juki herringbone machines,2 instruments of pressing sliver,5 Shingling Fw-777-CB-356,4 Kaulin.MFG.F007E-356,1 Juki buttonhole machine,1 button bespeaking machine, 3 button smashing machines,1 Chingchi Machine Kingtex ,2 Juki bar-tackesr,25 of Pegasus,Juki and Yamato sewing machines,20 Juki plain seam machines etc.
Ready-made clothes workshop II:It covers an area of 700m2 where there are 70 employees.It includes the main equipments as the following: 4 Yamato sewing machines VF2403-140M , 2 Juki bar-tackers, Juki buttonhole machines, 1 button bespeaking machine, 3 herringbone machines, Shingling Fw-777-CB-356,10 Kaulin.MFG.F007E-356, 1 Chingchi Machine Kingtex ,2 button smashing machines,3 lace machines, 25 of Yamato and Pegasus sewing machines,20 Shanghai plain seam machines etc.
Packing workshop :With rectifying workers of 20 ,packing and inspecting workers of 30,there are 8 ironing platforms.
Cutting workshop: Covering an area of 360 m2, there are 15 employees. 2 vertical saws,1collar machine,1 back stitch machine,1 cloth inspecting machine and electric cloth cutter are existed.
With China’s attending WTO and development of our company,we will import more advanced equipments to meet customers’ demand in order that equality and quantity of our products can be on a new level.
